How long does the discovery phase last?
Three months—the time to process real cases end to end, train your teams, and measure the gains. By default on our secure servers in France, on the cases you choose; on your infrastructure if you prefer.
Can I host Specgen on my company’s servers?
Yes. Specgen is deployed exclusively On-Premise or Air-Gapped, directly within your infrastructure or in an environment isolated from the Internet.
Are my documents used to train the AI?
No. Your data is used exclusively for your own tenders and is never reused to train a model.
Does Specgen analyze all the requirements of the tender documents?
Yes. BidMatching checks requirements one by one, with a score, a sourced justification, and concrete recommendations. On the buyer side, the same analysis compares the bids received against your evaluation grid.
Who has the final say on the final deliverable?
