No. Specgen’s operational use does not require any calls to an external AI API. The models, OCR, indexing, retrieval-augmented search, bid analysis, comparison, and compliance checks are run within your environment.

Yes. In an On-Premise environment, Specgen can use Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) via OpenID Connect (OIDC), with the customer’s MFA policies enforced. In an Air-Gapped environment, authentication is adapted to the identity services available in the isolated network and defined with your IT and information security teams during deployment.

Sizing depends on the number of users, the volume of bids and documents, expected performance, the required availability level, and your security constraints. Specgen can be deployed on your physical or virtual servers (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or a private cloud under your control), with CPU, GPU, memory, and storage resources defined during the scoping phase. In an Air-Gapped environment, the required models, components, and dependencies are installed locally to ensure autonomous operation.

In On-Premise mode, Specgen is deployed in your infrastructure and can communicate only with the services authorized by your network policy.

Yes. The Air-Gapped version is designed to operate without an Internet connection. Document analysis, OCR, indexing, search across tender documents and bids, multi-bid comparison, and compliance checks are performed locally.

Updates are prepared as transferable packages and deployed according to procedures approved by your organization. The process may include an integrity check, prior validation, and intervention by authorized personnel. No automatic Internet connection is required.

In an On-Premise environment, a connection to SharePoint can be set up according to your architecture, access rights, and authorized flows. In an Air-Gapped environment, no direct synchronization with SharePoint Online is performed; documents are uploaded from authorized internal sources or via controlled import procedures.
